The location is excellent , with a friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant night’s sleep.

Elevator issues caused significant inconvenience. Common areas needed better cleaning and maintenance.

Friendly staff and nice location

I stayed for 4 nights and the staff were super friendly! The pool was nice, but I had to call down to the front desk a couple of times for toilet paper after the room was cleaned. The breakfast was just okay, not amazing. Overall, I liked the vibe, but the upkeep could definitely be better.

I stayed here for a short transit and appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The wireless connection was excellent for streaming a movie in the evening. However, some minor updates were ongoing due to prior closures, which resulted in a slightly less polished look in some areas.

We had a fantastic stay with super comfy beds and a lovely breakfast bar that kept us fueled for the day. The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax and soak up some sun. The only downside was that the bathroom could've used a little more attention, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! 🌞

Family suitable stay, not without issues

The staff was super nice, we checked in early and the bedding and towels were nice and soft. Plus, bringing my well-behaved dog was a breeze without the crazy extra fees, really appreciated that.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

We had a pleasant time during our one-night stay. The location made it easy to reach Birmingham, and Joe at the front desk truly made our experience special. The pet-friendly environment made traveling with our furry friend hassle-free! Pro tip, check breakfast hours if you're an early riser.

The location is perfect for visiting the Birmingham Zoo and enjoying concerts at the Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Rooms were clean and staff was super helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent too, a nice bonus.

The only downside was the air conditioning, which was a bit inconsistent and left us waking up warmer than we'd like sometimes.
